Remarks
1. Out of round or square,out of section or deviation shall be 30% or less of the tolerance.However, the deviation of the flat steel shall be determined by the agreement between the parties.
2. Tolerances in parentheses are according to JlS B 0401.
3. Negative figures in the table above may be split into positive and negative values within the total tolerance in accordance with instructions on order forms.
4. Tolerances for bars of heat-treating or acid-pickling after cold-working should be double those of classes with higher tolerances on the table above.
5. Classes 14–18 do not apply to standard dimensions of 1 mm or less.
